Indian Motorcycles

My Contribution
Creative Development → Creative Direction → Production → Final Execution

Early in my career, I was trusted to operate well beyond my title, independently leading shoots and creative production for one of America's most iconic motorcycle brands.

A 125-year-old company is a special torch to carry. For three years, I helped shape the creative expression of Indian Motorcycle across broadcast television, photography, print, brochures and branding.

It was busy, a little crazy, and exactly the kind of environment where I learned how to lead.

I was frequently running shoots and managing creative production with a level of autonomy well beyond what you'd expect from my position. I learned how to make decisions quickly, keep a scrappy team moving, solve problems on the fly, and protect the creative while navigating the realities of production.

It was where I really cut my teeth on leadership: leading teams, directing production, collaborating with clients and partners, and taking responsibility for getting the work across the finish line.

Three years of doing the job taught me something I've carried throughout my career: leadership isn't a title. It's taking ownership when the work needs someone to step up.
